La condizione umana di Richard Ashcroft
Correva l’anno 2002. Dopo la dipartita dei Verve, risorti nell’agosto del 2008 con il cd “Forth”, il leader e vocalist Richard Ashcroft intraprende una carriera da solista. Come autore pop collabora con Paul Weller e Burt Bacharach, mentre pubblica tre albums certo non all’altezza di “Urban Hymns”, capolavoro pop dei Verve. Sulle tracce di Dio nel rock e nel pop, si scopre che “Human Condition” è intriso di spiritualità.
Una videointervista a Richard Ashcroft – già pubblicata qualche mese fa sul blog – svela la spiritualità in “Human Condition”.
In attesa d’approfondire il senso cristiano dell’album… (ma quanta roba ho da scrivere?!).
